Testimony and Needs

It has been always a journey of faith but thanks be to God. I realized prayer is one thing that would sustain my life in this community. I’ve been visiting the families of Nyenyezi village sharing the Gospel and about us Reviving Africa to them. They’re so much grateful to God for the change He’s about to bring here.

One of the families I visited is the family of Mrs. Mailon. I shared the Gospel to them and they gave their lives to Christ. They were so much happy that I went there, especially that it’s a family we once helped as Reviving Africa on our mission trip in 2019. We even gave some books to two of her grandchildren. After all that I asked Barbra Mailon (the daughter of Mrs. Mailon) if there are challenges they face as a family and as the village and she said the hospital (Chankute village clinic) is very far. To go there they pay a K20 ($1.55) bus fair and walking is about 1 hour due to distance. I even took a video clip where she’s explaining those challenges and giving thanks to God and Reviving Africa for coming (see below).

When they heard that we’ve come as Reviving Africa to help better the community they were very happy and greatly thanked God. They said their prayer is that God sends people to help them put some facilities to lessen the many years of challenges with water so they can have good, clean and healthy water and especially a health center that would be within the Nyenyezi village.

The villagers are very happy and grateful to God for bringing Reviving Africa to Nyenyezi. They saw so much hope with the presence of Reviving Africa.
